How to connect the MAX232 interface with SEATUltra Low SE250 BVX by Blaupunkt, so they can read NEC. Please help .What should I connect her TX RX ?

You connected 12v. to 12k_ohm resistor Mode pin?
You connected Reset Button reset pin to Gnd?
