Probably means it is a different cable area where the channels are on a different transponder frequency.
Try a manual network scan?

Well they were working just fine, then they just suddenly disappeared one day, its in ex cable land same as a friend who is in sidcup where i took it to so i know the tuners not at fault, what would be the manual scan procedure ? i have always found here that if i scan on 6887 i get nothing but if i do a brute force i can pick up the channels but just bot those anymore

A few months ago the cable network re-shuffled some of it's channels to make way for the HD services. Lots of channels moved (i.e. stopped working on their old setting) it is just normal.
To do a network scan, you change to a channel which is working then you press
Menu->Setup->Service Searching->Manual transponder Scan
Click the INV button and click the NETWORK SCAN button then click start scan.
BTW: If you make a note of the Symbol rate of the working channel, this is the symbol rate for your cable network. It never changes. If scanning on 6887 doesn't work at all I would bet that when you check out the Symbol rate of a working channel you'll find it is 6952.

Let us know if it works for you.
I've noticed that there are quite a few bugs in the Enigma scanning code when used with UK cable networks.
After your network scan, if you bring up the channel listing (all channels, i.e. press red button after bringing up channels) and look at the very top of the list you may see some channels marked strange names "SID0x0x".
If you systematically select each of these SID0x0x channels and then wait a bit, bring up the "All Services" list, the software will update the channel list table, the list will update in front of you and (when you scroll back to the top) that particular "SID 0x0x" will be replaced with "(service removed)" and in the process extra channels may have been found. Repeat until all the "SID0x0x" channels are gone.

Yes i have ALLWAYS had these, i was lead to believe they were streams of ordered films, replay tv and other things people on my node had ordered...i have noticed (removed service) a lot in my bouquets lately.

You can pick up things that people have ordered ie films? Is this true? Is so how can I find these things???

AFAIK it is not true.
If you remove the ticks (which indicate newly found channel) from all existing channels, then select one of these "SID0x0x" phantom channels it usually results in the software finding a new transponder with previously un-found channels on.
i have noticed (removed service) a lot in my bouquets lately.
Do the channels on them actually work??
The bouquet information is saved whenever you add a channel to it. Each entry refers to an entry in the full channel listing. If there is no corresponding entry it will appear as (removed service).
There appears to be a bug in Enigma to do with saving the full channel list. Rather than saving after every scan, or whenever a new channel is found, the list is only saved when you manually reboot your box.
If you do not manually reboot your box following a scan which finds new channels, next time you power off/on your box these new channels in bouquets are displayed as (removed service).

It's not true, forget about it.

I have still yet to try this as i am messing with my DM800C at the moment, the (removed service) channells show nothing for me but others report different, as for the SID channels, it was touted on here that they were streams.
@ wannawatch, alexh is sure of what he is saying and makes sense so i will go along with that, i stand corrected.

It is too much of a co-incidence that these phantom channels just happen to be on a transponder you didn't pick up with your scan and tend to have the video and audio PIDS for one of the channels you're missing.
If they were always blank then I might lend some credence to the "streams" theory.
But I don't know for sure.
