Problem to start Seat ibiza

I have Seat ibiza year 2008 i have
A double key one it is start the car et other not programmed when i tried strarting, the car with the key not programmed the original Also not start it show in dashboard "kien schlues sel" i try to program other key for the car it is ok programmed but not start the car it is the Same messag in dashboard maybe it is blocked
So i need your help please what can i do?

what tool did you use to try and program the key ?

did the original key work before you tried to program another key or had original stopped working before you attempted programming ?

have you tried soft reset with original key or hard battery reset ?

have you tested ariel ring around ignition ?

the dash message is No key .

if beyond you or your equipment then call a good auto locksmith

you did soft reset by putting key in ignition for 1 hour , this is a soft reset
