Hi, i received this car with all key lost. i decode the driver door but this only have 7 cuts and instacode cannot give me the other numbers. Any idea how I can get the remaining cuts?

how have you got the 7 cuts ? by stripping door lock ? and what are the 7 cuts you have ?

and have you tried tool in ignition to see if all wafers are felt ? what lishi are you using ?

drivers door normally has cuts 2 to 8 with positions 1 , 9 and 10 missing according to instacode , so you will have got from door _2424221_ _

The second problem. I try program the key with sbb, and T-300. T-300 program new keys, access gained. but show error. I try with 7936 transponder. i try with zed full too but he asks me for a PIN code. I'll try to generate it with vvdi and it asks me to read a 93c56, it's from the ecu, right?

after check not same opel have external box for immo , read this and give your pin code , or use IOterminal , maybe find code pin , not work on dump tool juste reading on obd ,

swift on 05 is a cross over between 2 systems , old 4c system uses a set pin code of 0895 on swift , the id46 system uses set pin code of 0408 normally on swift , most good programmers know the preset pin so no need to enter , if your machine is asking for pin code it should be one of these 2 pins.

with regards the key code , you said your code was 2424221 _ _ _ , so looks like you entered the known cuts into instacode in positions 1 to 7 which is why instacode found no code , try entering your known cuts in positions 2 to 8 leaving 1 , 9 and 10 blank in find bitting , so , _ 2424221 _ _ and it should give you correct code , as the door lock has just 7 of the 10 cuts in positions 2 to 8 on the key and not 1 to 7.

if id46 , the pin should be 0408 , you can also try 9622 , can also try 9905 though this was later id40 model normally .

I try 0408 in Swift 2011, doesn't work. Try 9622 work, it's same as Vitara 2009 i've did before.

you can try 9905 for diesel models as well but beware that some of these are id40 chips make sure it isnt an odd id40 chip if getting just error on some machines , 5244 on some petrol models is also used.
