This Yaris use 4C tranponder. Dump has 3 key programmed.

So you need 4C and post key data stream

this model is immo box not ecu, ecu uses 4c, so immo box uses TIRIS 4D ID60, 61, 63, 64, 67, 68, 70

t300 will reset (virgin) immo box and then you can add keys. according to manual will do reset but not sure about yaris.
