Simply download vvdiprog software.
It runs without hardware.
This will help you to figure out the colors, and leads

Stahoval jsem si a vybral jsem, že jsou zcela odlišné barvy drátů :-(

Thank you really much but The red one is not P12 but it is VCC.

And you have to select Renesas V850 SPI mode.
