W204 DELPHI CRD.11 checksum please

Hello, can someone make checksum in micro, i made egr_off with egr remover(i used crd3.x), but cannot do checksum.
I read it with ktag. Ori and mod file in attach.

when you write with ktag, he will ask to compare with ori file for CKS before write. but egr off with crd3.xx i think is not good
