Okay this may seem pretty obvious to most of you but just a bit of a warning especially if doing it for someone online.
Flashing a drive for someone else (AFAIK) can not get you into any trouble at all as long as that is all you do.
However providing the games can, i know a few people who advertise to flash then when the people come round or send the drive they then ask if they can buy any "backups". No matter how geniune they look or how nice they are do not sell them, because this can get you into a LOT of trouble.
As i said above this is stating the bloody obvious, but i had to tell a friend other day after he said the guy seemed "geniune", luckily enough for him i think he was geniune, but it could of been someone undercover.
