Need for Engine ecu resset , becose i have faulty CIM and i get the one from scrapyard with proper keys ,,,so i need to resset edc16 and teach with cim !! posible ??

I just realised that someone try change milage and bricked dashboard !!! whitout dash this car wont even crank , how to adapt used dash to vehicle??? the old one is broken ,i cant read eep and flash !!
