Pls Help ME9.7 Renew Virgin need

can someone help me?
I have a 1 ori me9.7 broken with backup, and 1 me9.7 locked. I need renew solution.
I tested with ktag for read und write, eeprom write more eeprom solution, no work.
MB ecu renew 1.7 no work for me.
The car is a w212 E500 8 cyl.
