I need to program a key to this, 2006 model, immo around ignition.

No comms with any tool that I have (AD AVDI and all china stuff)

I take off ring and read it with AVDI, then try to program a transponder, says success, but now immo dont even try to read a transponder! but engine will start and run for only one time, then nothing, still wont read transponder.

If I write ori dump back, then it trys to read a transponder again.

any idea's what i can do?

This model uses 4d60 transponder, if you're using id46 it won't work. these are pretty easy by obd2, check fuses if no com by obd2, pin code 5011.

all fuses checked, ive done by OBD and on bench with AVDI in the past, but not this one :(

Yes, I am using ID60 transponder.

I have power at pin 8 and ign power on pin 7 of immo and earth on pin 4, so must be k line issue.

If I link pin 1 from immo to pin 7 OBD this should give me comms, I will try this next.
