serious help with w202 ecu please.

i have a mercedes c230 kompressor 2000. my eis went bad so bought a used one from junk yard. i got the key eis esl. i couldnt get the ecu. i only have carsoft 7.4 and i cant align the ecu with this. is there a way to edit the mcu in the ecu to match the eis,esl,smartkey? i really need some help on this if anyone has the time. i already spent a fortune on this. a mcu programmer, carsoft 7.4 which does me no good. plus the parts.
