TMS374 bootloader initializing error

Hello
I try to immo off 1AP.81 with XPROG M with on board profgraming adapter
I made new conections on board to get all pins secure conncted
I add 15V to XPROG
And allways get bootloader initializing error
What i`m doing wrong

Here are some picsu 100% sure about connection , in last pic looks like pins touch ? second what ver of xprog are u using and did u select the correct chip in the menu , and for the15 volt there u are correct I always have to power it up if I read tms ect...

that it`s sharp eye two pins was shorted
i read after removing short on first try
now need to decode this

Your connections looks good, except one pin, that on my xprog adapter doesn't exist. I marked it with red. Maybe try to disconect it.

I done reading now need to remove immo from dump ( I attached in previous post)
