View Full Version : Peugeot 607 2.2HDI need DPF + EGR + Aditive off

Hello everyone

I have a peugeot 607 2002 edition 2.2HDI 98KW, car have no power and DTC are P1435 and P1442, so i need DPF + EGR + ADITTIVE off. I have try with ECU Save and after that i have present P1421 fault code. Can anyone help me with 100% working good file for this car. The ECU is BOSCH EDC15C2.

File for you FAP OFF, EGR OFF , ADDITIVE OFF

Didn't work mate. The car start and no errors but the gas pedal does not react. I put the pedal but nothing

Any help please

Please any help, i have try some file but the car have not start during acceleration. The car is in limp mode even DPF is OFF, i think i haven't good DPF OFF file. Any help

your file calculate chks before write pass in PM!

Didn't work. Car didnt start. Any other dump file. Now i have a DPF OFF dump file and car start OK without errors but i don't like the acceleration.

you need disconnet pipe form EGR !! Car will work perfect

Thanks, i disconnect pipe from EGR, no errors but i think the have need for more power during acceleration, i think it have poor acceleration

Egr electric connector is nedded to be unpluged after egr switch, or the car cannot breath and of course don’t accelerate

Next you need empty FAP from exhaust.

Egr is with vacuum and i have disconnected the pipe. And dpf is disconnected from car. I don't like acceleration

Sorry guys but this topic sounds like joke. evisdaci dont get me wrong, you dont know what you doing. Fault codes shown on top are ONLY additive related. They will NOT affect vehicle acceleration. Get back to ori file, scan vehicle with PP2K, look carefully into following data:
EGR operation
FAP condition
Boost solenoid operation
Acceleration pedal operation
SWIRL flap operation (more than likely broken bar)
Turbo boost demand against achieved

Next step is checking all vacuum pipes for leaks, and vacuum acumulator for cracks. BTW what is odometer reading? Maybe engine with 800k on clock is simply dying??
