mb star c3 problem

tryed make diagnostic at w210 cdi engine das3 system but my device no comunicating with engine ecu cr1. no luck at table also. tryed with several 100% ok ecus.comunication with all other componets are ok. strange in this story fvdi entering in ecu in car and connect at table also. fvdi have in many common rail as mb star and here haven't communication and cr1 where have comunication. tryed two hard disks and same. k line pin 4 checked and looking good.
i am sure it's problem with my device. 2 same cars wait for me. any lights for resolving this stuation?
