MERCEDES C220 SWIRL PROBLEM

hello everyone, I have a c220, which at the minimum goes off, while driving is fine, but sometimes loses power, but does not turn on the light, the only fault in diagnosis p1189. intake manifold disassembled and clean, swirl removed. I would need to swirl off
