Ford Focus 2012 DASH & ECU Synchro

I need a synchro for a Ford Focus 2012 Dash With M95320 and Ecu Bosh MED17.2 0281S08913, Original car Ecu is damaged and i have a second hand from ebay
can someone help me make the synchro or do i have to read the BCM ???
i need sychro from Dash to ecu, because ECU is new to car.
