Saab 93 CIM EEprom repair

Hello. I have a problem with saab, Cim module. Damaged eeprom, the result of battery discharge. Maybe someone knows how to fix it? I bought a new Cim, I replaced memory but the same problem .B1000-internal fault. On the original memory sees the keys. On the memory of the second Cim there is no error. Only a key fault. Does anyone have any idea?

Yes .But i dont have a key from new cim . Only virgin file without ESP i need .
