EDC17_CP14/5/P714 write via ODB port

Hello I need advice on the best tool for the job.
I bought a MPPS 16 (Cloned) running and read the file, I then sent this off for a performance remap and paid the money.
When I came to write the file the sending failed and poped up with an error msg, on the advice of the programmer I bought a KESS V2 (Used Clone)
The KESS is Ver 3.099 runs with SW 2.06 but this says write only in boot mode, I don't like the idea of opening up the ECU.
Which programmer and version number will allow me to write via the ODB port on a Bosch EDC17_CP14/5/P714 VAG Ext flash?

mpps v18 can read and write this ecu via obd but ecus before 2009 without Tprot

the car is 2011 but the comments on MPPS when connected said " No Anti Tuning"

You need open ecu or buy kess v2 geniunr. Only geniune tools can do this obd
