bmw e39 mileage need change

hi mates I got bmw e39 read by xprog 2002y it has 416953km need 264000km thanks ian addvance . and strings looks a bit strange to me is it normal ?

Yours dump show ......23xxx......I already tryed this combination before but but without succes it does not alow to write it to device but if you put 02 in first byte than it alows to write . I Done many bmw M35080 but First time I see something like that

you need very thin pilers and grind it maximum 5-6mm high, catch the axis from behind and rotate needles
