Solved by:

B1 - 12v through a 100ohm resistor
B2 - connect to ground
B3 conencted to B8

If your sensor is bad, use a CAN Interface for a Speed Signal

i don't have the tachograf. i bought the car without it and the dash shows just lines.

you need coding dash with vcds set 33->0. Your speedo is working?
