Synchronize DME and EWS3 BMW

Good morning guys, can anyone help me to synchronize these EWS3 files with AM29F400BB from the DME-MS42 5WK9037 ECU? the EWS and key are from the car, the ECU is used from another car! thanks in advance !

where is old eku . replace 24c04 and start car . but no problem . in memory 29f400 no immo files only map for engine
