NO I AM not clocking this, I need to increase my mileage.

Is there a way of increasing mileage on the digital odometer on new(07) Vauxhall 17. D Van, , bit like putting the old cable in a drill?

I can find how the odometer works.

Is it Electronic from the gear box or is it taken from the ABS sensors on the front wheels?

Can it b e done with software and lead?

TIA

this is not quite the one you want, but if you
get the astable version of this MK111 Adjustable Timer with Relay Output : Timer Kits : Maplin (http://maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=25224)

and use a diode facing the 555, pin 3, hope you have a blue/red wire on your speedo sender, bing nash, bash see what smoke comes out, i'm pushed for time at the mo

old brick put on accelerator
Oh my god im starting to sound like the meat head:help:

1) Does it have to be an old brick
2) vauxhalss ( i think) have 'anti-flood' so if the obselete singer
michal jackson gets in and decides to 'just boot it' then try starting
it, it wont start (only nice thing about a ford granda, awesome feature)
3) just think of the enviroment
4) pleased i'm helping people on here, do you walk around saying
'actung' 'bok' and 'settings'?

tech 2 can only reset to zero if under 20 miles not add

Mileage is stored in 2 places on mk5 vauxhalls. In the ECU (Engine) and IPC (Clocks). any mis match is detectable as a clocked car.

So ideally you would need to change it in both locations.

Is this possible with op-com
