Hi, m8s!
The car starting without problems. After starting the windshield wipers start working all the time, Central Electronics fault on the monitor, no communication with all blocks in the car.
I have suspected CAS module. When I opened it, I noticed that somebody was trying make km down and perhaps f***ed EEPROM or flash.
So, I have read both dumps from CAS and want to ask you to check them. Or send me a good tested dumps from the same CAS.

do you think cas controls wipers?
if you think cas software is bad then just update it.

M8, if you carefully read my post, you will see this: "no communication with all blocks in the car​"

no communication with blocks has nothing to do with cas as well. you are digging in a wrong direction.
