I want to replace the meter in the skoda Yeti 2011, the old one is out of order (The lights are glowing). I'm using FVDI and I have a problem.
Old dash
First ---> Enter service mode by default ---> Read ConfData ---> Save to file. It is OK

New dash
First ---> Enter service mode by obd ---I can't

Maybe I'm doing it in the wrong order, I would ask for help

Thank you in advance

you cant enter service mode for donor dash without key which belongs to

you have to do it manually with programer if your fvdi has this option like prepare eeprom by dump

Experience!

If for this use FVDI after put back 99,9% long coding in ABS probably go to ...0...., . Put old data back no help enymore.

So....before samething to do , better safe all ecu coding NR, and then take FVDI and play.......lol

The car fired but displays me ERROR.
Error was immediately after saving 24c64, then update immo and the car fires.
How do you get rid of this ERROR?
I've made a copy of the abs coding earlier.

The topic is mastered.
I connected the X-can smok and see the course of 655000 km, after correction Error disappeared.
FVDI saw the course correctly and was different.
Summarizing. FVDI is a good tool, but X-Can is better.
Thank you all for help and interest.
