2009 peugeot partner bsi reset

Hi dear

I have 2009 peugeot partner with bsi problem I need to reset the bsi.
the problem with bsi is when I turn the key the headlight is open auto and the horn doesn't work unless open the fist trnu of the headlight and the parking light doesn't work at all.

so how can I do reset to bsi system

It could be standart faulty module under steering wheel fault. Not bsi
