i have a big problem with a 51 plate mondeo 2.0 tdci & would much app any help/advice any1 can offer, it will idle ok but once you start 2 drive it revs 2 limt 4 a few seconds & then cuts out,,, it'll start fine again but same thing will happen & only half the block is getting warm (leftside hot rightside cold). cant read the codes as it has fryed my IDS !!:dontknow:

What does the Temperature Sensor read ?

Also any other symptoms beside this ?

Is the Mil Light ON or glow plug light flashing on dash.

will mite find the wiring on the diesel pump has chaffed and fell off

hi yes mate glow plug light flashes car cuts out and temp gauge stays down at bottom replaced ect sensor still the same causeing a bit of a problem it is any ideas much appreciated many thanks

is the glow plug light on a ford not fuel related

Hi

Your best way is only to find someone who can Diagnose your car and go from there.

Or post the fault codes here and some member can point you the rite way.

Other wise you are westing your time in dark. :coffin:
