ducati keys- chip questions

I have a ducati mts 1000 which when bought new has a red and two black keys. Some years ago i lost the two black keys, went to a locksmith and he made a copy of the red key. My first question is if this means that I have two red keys. I now want to programme (according to the owner's manual) two black keys. My second question is if I buy the following transponder chip and virgin keys, will I be able to programme the keys with this chip?

yes you have probably 2 red key

I do not think this is possible because the keys must already be coded to modify the codes in the dashboard
(it is not the dashboard that will code the keys)

you can use the procedure with 2 keys already coded, or you code the keys from the dashboard's memory dump
