Sprinter W906 2009 check engine MIL blinking after correction

Hi !
Many times , after mileage correction of W906, made after 2009 , 2010 , the Check engine MIL is binking , read DTC P2463 - the soot content of diesel particular fiter is too high .Which is the right way to fix this issue ?

I guess it would be to correct millage info in ECM, than do a reset/relearn of DPF value with Xentry.
if ECM is EDC16, I think maybe Xentry could clear those value, but not sure.
