universal tachometer pcb ?

anyone have a place i can buy a universal tachometer pcb to replace old pcb
something that is adjustable to calibrate to just put in place of the old pcb ?
i know i have circuits i can make but it would be great if i could buy some already made up or even pre-made pcb

It would likely be helpful to know what tachometer you are attempting to repair. To my knowledge, inherently, a "universal PCB" should not exist.
