looks like only gnd pad is missing. try to connect gnd to ecu plug and read

there i can not answer you , i dnt own kess/ktag at this moment , but i would like to have a bdm reading on this ecu , i work at mahindra sometimes and never had problems with ecu , this is for mahindra , it looks almost the same as iveco edc16c39 , maybe they alredy write a file on it that is not good , well the ecu is alredy not working , what more can u loose
