A8 4.0TDI stationery rev limiter OFF EDC16C4

Hi

I have a 4.0TDI engine from A8 swap'ed into other chassis. The only issue is the stationary rev limiter.
Engine has full power but revs only 3000rpm. It does not matter if it's stationery or driving.
