your file is bad maybe some software did it . i did it manually thanks tomorrow i will need help if my file is not good.
others can send solutions to compare if tomorrow is not ok my file

I think that on E60 520d you can also write original non-dpf sw via WinKFP. At least I did it on my e91 320d.
