Nissan Qashqai - 98820 4EH0C - Compare Fail

Hi

Does anyone else have an issue with writing clear files to the Nissan Qashqai 98820 4EH0C? I get the following error with using CarProTool;

xc23xx target idcode: 1018b083
xc23xx information: is Flash Area A + B
Protection is Inactive
erase/unlock memory ...done!
write memory ...done!
verify memory ...address 0000F000 compare fail!

I also get the error with other Infineon XC2336B chips, what machines are people using to write these clear files as I've seen they have been successful before?

you can read it fisically with a programmer la tnm5000

I can read it fine its just when I go to write it get's a compare error.
