opel me7.6.4 ktag writing, car dont start, checksum?

hello, i have readed a opel zafira me 7.6.4 whit ktag, readed ok full, i did a mod of rpm idle increased about 100 rpm, did checksum whit ecm titanium and write back the mpc whit ktag. car dont start relay clicking, rewrite original car start all ok. (did it 3 times)

could ktag dont correct well checksum? is possible to write whit ktag whitout checksum correction?

try to write with out ecm checksum only with ktag

i tried 3 times 1 whit ecm and ktag correction, 2 times only whit ktag checksum correction
