thats a very wide ranging question with too many possible answers , the answers will depend upon the model coverage and the year of vag group vehicles you want to cover .

you wont find anything to copy the remotes , some older models the remotes can be coded by a manual procedure but on newer models you need good diagnostics .

as to copying the chips reliably then a good cloner like RW4 plus with M box , or keyline with extreme kit is the best and the quickest , others like handy baby and vvdi key tool to with online tokens , but you will only clone up to the end of 96 bit chips and not the later generation yet .

as has been said , abrites but its a mortgage , vvdi2 too , but both require alot of research , study and a knowledge of the systems being worked on , mistakes with these tools can prove costly . if only interested in older pre 2008 models , then on the whole most diag kit can do these with only audi being hit and miss after 2003 on some .

key diy will generate the remote , on older manuals as long as you have 2 keys you can manually code the remote part , but mid and late models good diagnostics are needed .

there isnt a magic tool that will copy chips and copy remotes , on the whole for vag we must still invest money and alot of time on research and earn our money .

as said in other thread and in the absence of magic machines and tools , the best advice is to master the basics before trying to take on the more complex , or it can end in tears or become an expensive lesson.

There are plenty off topics that will guide you.
Start reading, if you still have questions after this, please read them again!

Pay attention to keywords like keydiy vvdi handy baby, and you will find your answers.

Thanks,again!
The only problem I have at the moment is a code-reader.I've bought one but it didn't function...If you know some good one,can you tell me?

when you say code reader , i suspect you mean pin code reader , if so then again you dont get better than abrites and vvdi2 , also advanced diagnostics mvp pro or ad100 pro , zedfull and even the cheaper supervag , these will prove reliable at most pin reading , all fail on something so it pays to have multiple options for vag , when one fails another will often get it .
then you have the offerings from china on their cheaper tools like , obdstar , lonsdor , xtool etc , all have alot of vag pin read coverage , not as much as mainstream machines and not always as reliable , but gets you started , again its a good idea to have multiple options as all have strengths and weaknesses , the more options you have the more success you have .

vag is an area where most have many thousands of ££££ invested to get a wide coverage for pin read and no single machine will get all , welcome to the world of constant investment

this info is everywhere on the forums , all you have to do is search and read as been asked and answered many times before by many people looking for that magic cheap tool that does it all , read the forums and your questions will mostly all get answered

im all for people learning and making an effort to learn this work , however , looking at the questions your asking about vag and bmw , it scares me that you are even considering plugging into some of these cars , seriously do alot of study and research , practice in scrap yards , things can go horribly wrong if just having a go without sound basic knowledge , you will learn this if unlucky enough to kill a cluster and fall to the mercy of the main dealer .
