Hello friends, i need some help on this old ecu.Vw Passat 1.9 Tdi 028 906 021 GL 0 281 001 656 T4 bosch ecu B58253 eeprom 24c02, Please immo off

Actually there is one problem, i change the dashboard and after immo off, now car start but after 3 min of work show that km is ok but down show FAIL. Anyone please help..
