Kangoo 2002 diesel starts every second try

Hi

Car start but only on second try, I put emmulator but still same problem. In dig says immo problem but immo light goes off like no immo problem
Any tips?

Check conector harness in cam sensor if you change the plug and still same problem replace the sensor
