Vag Tacho 2.5 car list?

What cars does Vag Tacho work with?
And what cars can it do what on?
A list kinda like this would be nice:
VW Passat 1997 - Program Key, Code reading, read/write eeprom

Hi

It will only work on upto 2002 and on some cars 2004 like polo, but, not all, also it will NOT work on Lupu, old Polo, and old golf im*o 1.

It should work on Passat 1997.
