I need cancel it and need more power

Don't waste time friend. No flash or EEPROM mod will unlock the speed limiter.
There is indeed a speed limiter there but since it is peugeot/citroen there is another one in the BSI module. Peugeot Lexia also cannot do it for you because the vehicle is registered commercial transport one in the BSI. The only solution is go to the dealer, update the SW with their original tool and then remove the speed limiter by reprogramming the BSI with DiagBox/Lexia.

Glad you did it. Mine had tachograph and was registered like public transport vehicle so no luck with engine ECU.
