VW Crafter ESZ (new - virgin) adaptation

Hi mates,

can someone tell me how to adapt new virgin ESZ to the crafter MY2008?? I can read all necessary immo informations from the ECU - that's no problem.

I just need to know which tool is good for the adaptation and how to do it. I would like to adapt it over OBD.
