Help - Broken pin on 24Cxx on Smart 450 Grundig

After many attempts to read this eeprom I broke pin 4 ground

now I'm confused what eeprom I must buy for replacement - on many threads I read that this is 24C08 but on mine there is label "16c 104" is it possible this be 24C16 ?

if it is 24C16 can I buy 24C08 and use bin file for 24C08?

I ordered wrong EEPROM 24C08 with TSSOP base instead SOIC - I didn't want to wait for the correct chip to come and decided to try to solder TSSOP

Result is on attached picture :) little bit ugly but working
