fvdi connection problem obd side

hi,
i have a fvdi, normally works fine, but in the last time, when i connected to the obd connector the fvdi fail to start. normally i can see the led blinking. if i connect with usb, i dont have problem to work with software, but dont connect to car.

help please,

they killed your FVDI by their server.....
