1999 Ford Windstar ECU EEC-V IMMO OFF

Hello ,
i have this vehicle that someone has tempered with the immo eeprom TMS370,
I want to make immo off for the ECU EEC-V
i learnt i have to bridge TMS370 pin 4 and 13 in the ECU but the
TMS370 eeprom is in the immo box .
how do i turn immo off .
