Need help on bmw 320d 163hp

Hi guys.
I have an bmw 320d 163hp with dpf and egr off
Pay 2 remaps, and no difference.
He said is Maf problem, buy new maf, no change.
Turbo is new, make boost perfect like ecu specification.
Car run without smoke , revs ok , but is like stock.
If anyone help me with an review about this files, or make better tune, i paid.
The tuner make me 3 software versions, with v3, car have a little black smoke.
Anyway car don't have 180hp... he sayd with remap is 215hp.

In this file guy edit too much and for me this car must drive like a Ferrari, 500nm limiter gear :-). So first write orginal, use tester check parameters, repair car and finish write tune.

Parameters is perfect, boost like spec , maf ok, injectors have max 0.2 corrections , map sensor ok. with original software car runs well , like 163 hp
My car vs another e90 163 stock runs exactly, but with remap is very light difference, almost like stock.
