Does anyone know where the immo is held on this ecu?

Siemens 5WP4 167

So i've read the Rom chip and attached the read - NM27C256QE

Does any one have any ideas?

I’m sure the Rom chip - NM27C256QE but I’ve no idea how to edit the rom.
