Clone opcom programming question.

Hi all I am having a small problem programming a instrument cluster to a Vauxhall Astra H 2006 with china clone opcom. I have bought and fitted a 2nd hand cluster and done mileage and got pin no problem reset cluster but opcom will not program the Instrument cluster(ipc) back fully. When I press program ipc after entering security code I get the box pop up saying about immo data ect but it does not complete the task or give and a message at the bottom of the screen and just does nothing. I have opened the interface and seen there is a PIC18F458 chip inside.

log out ipc using pin from ipc. ignition off wait few sec. ignition on program ipc using pin from car
