I have transporter T5 edc16u31 that came with already DPF SWITCH off but car is still going in regeneration (high rpm's when hot). It is BDM read as file was NOREAD that i had to remove now.
Can someone check file and maybe give better DPF solution please? Thanks

Switch is enough. Disconnect all sensors from DPF and post results.

Sensors are disconected, also is this stock map or maybe tuned?

I dont know what you are doing in this file, one switch change status dpf to off, in 63 channel temp sensor have -273,1 degrees and done. If not work maybe you not edit switch dpf.

Well at the end i think this HIGH REVING problem is not a ecu (map) problem as now there is in central electrics DTC "01117 - Generator Terminal DF Load Signal" .

Alternator is charging batter well so i am suspecting at voltage regulation OR battery it self since customer fitted new battery but 75ah and factory recommended is 100ah. I told him to change battery for proper one and he will do that asap and i will update situation.

Thanks everyone for helping, especeally @dominik.m for providing ORI file so i could rule out possible bad remap and DTC table deletition problem.

I just flashed yesterday this file and so far it looks great remap. i did not had much chance to try it since van owner (my friend) drove it away. Thank you so much again @voltechcar i really appreciate it.

Also i got to the original problem of this van high reving issue and wanted to share it if someone in future have same problem.
Problem was in 25 - Central Electronics (7H0 937 049 T) which i guess it is malfunctioning since it was showing in measruing blocks sometimes 11v sometimes 16v..17v etc...when van is runing although alternator was working perfectly (it was new). So central electronics was activating "Electronic Load Management" as showing also in measuring blocks since it thought there is low battery charging and giving higher rev's. I "fix" it by coding out Electronic Load Management option from central electronics, it was -32 from existing code.

Hi voltchar and thanks again for this file. I just had time to try more this remap, car goes well , it have more power and fuel consumption is great!
Only problem is when i go uphill and reach about 110-120 kmh car loses power and stalls just for some time like it looses turbo boost for a moment and then it continue to accelerate well... can it be due to remap ?

turbo ok? what parameters you have when car not have power? check

dtip

Turbo and injectors are ok. I did not have chance to look at paramterers since for it to happen van must drive uphill and only on about 115kmh and still accelerating. On original map there is not such issue. Beside that van runs great. I will try to measure paramteres
