nissan rogue ecu bcm no synch after key made

got call. situation with nissan rogue 2016

somebody made key on bench from bcm. they said ignition is on. but car dont stars and with diag theres some errors about ecu and bcm sinchronisation.
no ori bcm files saved.
anyone familiar with this situation .any solutions?

Something similar happened when programming a smart key with AVDI by obd.
read bcm and clear faults then program key with MPV using calculator from AVDI
