Early W303 add key

I have not done an early W203 before and need some help please.
I have tried vvdi mbtool but it will not read password from ir.
Can you use new BE key with these old eis?
Eis number is 209 545 05 08

what tools you have for making mb keys?

vvdi mbtool and vvdi prog only at this stage for mb.
